Shoe.Club has partnered with suppliers from around the world to bring you the best prices and some of our shoes and products may come directly from their warehouses. In some cases a return slip will be included with your delivery but to avoid delays you should always start with the return process described below.
- Return/Exchange Information —All orders have free return/exchange shipping.
- Regardless of the brand or supplier all new unused products can be returned or exchanged with Shoe.Club free of charge by simply starting the process within 5 days of delivery.
- In addition all new unused products can be returned or exchanged for a 7% restocking fee by starting the process within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Information — Refunds will be issued after returns have been received, refunds can only be returned via the original payment method. Depending on the payment method refunds could take up to 7 days to be processed.
